Delicious Crunchy Kinpira Burdock
 
            Ingredients (2~3 servings)
| dried burdock root and carrot | 40g |

| soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |

| sake | 1 tablespoon | 
| sugar | 1.5 tablespoons | 
| sesame oil | a little |

how to make
- 
Soak the dried burdock root and carrot in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes 
- 
Add sesame oil to a hot frying pan, add the well-drained burdock and carrots and fry. 
- 
When the liquid is gone, add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, and simmer until the liquid is gone.You`re done! If you like, sprinkle with sesame seeds to add an extra dash of flavor.
